Move alpha setting from Color Picker to Brush Tool #140

Current way of painting transparently is a bit cumbersome. You have to switch to Color Picker, pick color, lower alpha to desired value and after that you paint. Until you want to change color, than you have to repeat whole process. Maybe moving alpha setting to Brush Tool panel wouldn't be a bad idea? It would also help, if alpha setting wouldn't be reset each time you pick different color via Color Picker or from palette.

Still, to my knowledge Goxel is the only voxel editor capable of semi-transparent painting. That is super important for detailing & texturing models. IMHO that should be mentioned on Goxels webpage, very important feature absolutely worth mentioning!

I just pushed a small fix for the gui. For the moment the alpha is still reset though, I'll look into that.

Just compiled fresh Goxel on MacOS, to troubles. Finally had occasion to check this alpha painting GUI tweak. Big time saver & it isn't hidden for 99% users anymore. Again, thanks!
