Add ability to open multiple filter windows

The filter windows now open with a "cascading" layout and you can have multiple open. They also open to the right of the default panel window, making it a bit more friendly. They are all detached.

Thanks, let me know if you have comments, im happy to fix problems and contribute more as im using goxel heavily for a project so id rather submit pull requests instead of feature requests
