Still getting ERROR: Cannot ioctl TUNSETIFF tun: Operation not permitted (errno=1) and TLS Error: TLS handshake failed with PIA #63

Logs attached. It looks like it's failing to fully connect with PIA and then the web ui never gets started up. I have read through similar issues https://github.com/guillaumedsde/alpine-qbittorrent-openvpn/issues/30 and it looks like this issue was resolved a few months back. I was previously running guillaumedsde/qbittorrent-openvpn with PIA until about a week ago it started encountering connection errors that I couldn't resolve. Saw that repo is deprecated and tried to switch to this one but also can't get it to work. I pulled the image on :latest less than a week ago so I believe I am up to date. Fwiw, I am able to get haugene/transmission-openvpn up and running with PIA but prefer qbittorrent. I am running on Synology DS920+.
