Set up TDD harness

Nixing this for now.

TL;DR: Timeframe too short with other projects' time pressure, not savvy enough for fast deploy

I'd love to have that running, but it holds several complex prerequisites:

• incompatibility with Arduino IDE
• need for a working esp8266 CLI chain
• Makefile usage
• WLS access to USB (theorically easy, but I have too many "easy" scenarii with Windows that turn out failing)
• On the Macbook Pro, issues with sandboxes
• Docker/Kubernetes issues for dockerized CI/CD is also harder than I'd like.

I've just merged PlatformIO support in the develop branch, which makes PlatformIO-supported testing an option.

MacbookPro can now push to my Esp (Big Sur issues fixed via installing modern tools), WLS issues can be ignored for now, Arduino IDE has served its purpose, ESP8266 CLI provided via PlatformIO.
