Update templates to use the latest version of highlight #17 #19

Now templates are using highlight 9.12.0 the latest version at this momet.

What languages did you select for completion? It looks like it does not contain any more smalltalk highlighting.

Could you push a version with Smalltalk highlighting?

I think now It is good. I choose Smalltalk. Is there any language I have to select too?
