Handle SSH interruptions #25

When the log is on a remote machine, as it is loaded through SSH, if the connection drops (laptop closed or whatever), the file handler crashes.

Maybe a try, except, and retry? Is not a killer since you can just restart the monitor, but would be nice to do it smoothly.
