Please don't hate me.. like at all :persevere:

EDIT: It's all a friendly PR, the way I like open source to work, K?

flatten the look of the logo
add minimal config so you can start the server after "clone"
new CLI entry point "bcbio-monitor" (I just prefer "-" over "_" but this is just a humble suggestion)

When I made the bcbio logo, @chapmanb pointed out that you guys are dropping the "nexgen" part of the name but I'm not sure where you stand on that?

I myself have a lot of confusion with that so... :sweat_smile: The shorter the better in any case, so :+1:
