Does not start in normal mode when opening file from external program or keyboard #1011

I have my iTerm set up so that when clicking on a file, it will open it in sublime. It seems when files are opened this way, Vintageous does not start in normal mode - it starts in insert mode.

I also found the same issue happens when opening files via the keyboard (using Enter key) from the sidebar. The issue doesn't happen when selecting the sidebar files with a mouse.
