:$ works on linux but not windows #1067

Hi,

I use sublime on both windows and linux. I just updated to sublime text 3 build 3103 and vintageous v4.0.4 on both platforms. When I type ":$" in sublime with linux, my cursor goes to the last line of the file as expected. However, in windows it does not.
