Google reports that page title for site map is very short. It appeared that only menu alias is added as page title, no menu title and site name appended. Fixed using as guideline weblinks component front view.
After upgrading to Joomla 3.2.0 error message arises because JApplication became depreciated (http://joomlacode.org/gf/project/joomla/tracker/?action=TrackerItemEdit&tracker_item_id=31727). As a result /includes/application.php was removed.
