This pull requests includes the slsnni model, the model includes:

The combined slsn + radioactive decay model.
Modified slsn constraints to allow for the extra energy from the radioactive decay.
A modified sed where the exponent of the suppression of the blackbody bluewards of cutoff_wavelength is allowed to vary (0 to 5 by default).
