Add-run-as-admin-option-in-Advanced-Settings(English-only) #10

Hi, I added needed the option to run a program as admin or not, so I added a checkbox for that on my end. Here's a PR in case you want to add this option in next releases.

By the way, thanks for this handy little tool!
