Allow card to be chosen #9

When I run volwheel as a tray icon, it only is able to control channels for the 
default(?) sound card (the one that shows up when running `amixer`), which is 
in my case the one created by pulseaudio.  I much prefer to control directly 
the Master or Front on my physical card, which is card 0 (the one that shows up 
when running `amixer -c 0`).
Please add the option to choose the sound card controlled in volwheel's options.
