Maybe you know any posibility to install specific fw on the device from SD and is there any way to get the fw ?

There are multiple barriers that would have to be resolved for this:

• The fw update process is very specific to the hardware and there are many variations in the market
• Getting a hold of the actual firmware files is usually not easy -- most of the time they only make 'update' files available which are only a 'part' of the firmware (not the whole firmware).
• The firmware is programmed/configured individually in factory with unique keys for server access, serial numbers, etc - so 'sharing' and using copies of firmware files would have to exclude that data, and there's no guarantee that the data from one version would work on another version.

If you don't care about the cloud/app features then depending on the device you could try a firmware from open_ipc (which is just all new without keeping/caring about any tuya data), but getting it installed can be hard and they did not support 'door bells' last I checked (they only support camera features).
