Multiple small ROIs #13

I am currently testing a scan where I want to use several small ROIs in the same time. Is this possible? In the HyperAnalysis plugin, the mask with the data opened only the first (one our of 4) ROIs. Can we find a way how to deal with this type of data analysis?

Add an option to select which roi to process in the Hyperspectral widget. If multiple regions need to be processed at the same time, the user should create a larger roi and mask unwanted regions. To clarify: how to export data for each region separately: multiple files, subfolders?
