How to display spectral profiles #21

According to https://github.com/guiwitz/napari-sediment/issues/7 it seems that it should be possible to click on a pixel and display a plot of its spectral profile. Unfortunately, I always get an empty plot. Could you add an example to https://guiwitz.github.io/napari-sediment/Load_preprocess.html or perhaps create a new one eg. https://guiwitz.github.io/napari-sediment/Display.html which would include the spectral profile.

Sure I will add an example. In the meantime, what you need to do is hover over the image and keep the Shift key pressed. This should show the profile at the current location of the mouse. Note that only loaded channels are displayed.

Great, many thanks (but I do not think this use of the shift key is even mentioned). Is there a way to fix the y-axis? I can modify it by hand, but the range is not kept for other pixels. It would be very useful if, in addition of the current single-pixel profiles, the user could set windows (eg, 3x3, 5x5 etc) for averaging the profile.
