Export index time series #34

At the moment the data of the mean index time series are only saved as a plot. Those data should be exported as CSV. Add a scale selection for the vertical physical length called depth in the ROI tab. Re-use that scale in the plot legend. The input size should be the size of the main roi that is provided by the user. Allow to set a unit too.
