Scale bar layer #80

In the new napari-sediment, installed from napari as a Plugin, the scale bar layer crates the green bar, but it can´t be moved. Only the length can be adjusted, but the position is fixed on the left side of the image.

This is due to a bug in handling shapes layers in recent napari versions. This has been reported and should be solved soon: https://github.com/napari/napari/pull/7332
