how to recompile apk like whatsapp+ again which mostly throws errors while recompiling #765

whenever i tried to compile apk like whatsapp+ which get decompile properly but 
 before recompiling it always shows eerrors..is there is any command to solve 
this...or is there is any command to built apk forcefully....
