Axis Labels doesnt show #283

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use mac 10.6, active architecture i386
2. Set axis.tickDirection = CPSignPositive
3.

If i set axis.tickDirection = CPSignNegative then the labels will show. But it 
look very ugly.

Oops, wrong picture. The second picture does not show axis label in right side.
Anyway, I found it. I forget to set graph.plotAreaFrame.masksToBorder = NO;
