Option for rounded corners on bottom of bar plot bars #340

I would appreciate an option to have a bar plot apply the barCornerRadius 
property to the bottom corners of bars in addition to the top corners.

In a stacked bar chart, bars with rounded corners would communicate more 
clearly that the different stacked bars are separate data.

Sorry, I couldn't find the fields for Status & Priority while submitting, and
