Updating the axis set axes array does not update the grid line layers when separateLayers == YES #341

When updating the axis set axes array, the axis grid line layers are not 
updated properly when separateLayers == YES. The old axes are removed from the 
axis set and the new axes are added, but the old grid line layers (major and 
minor) remain in the layer tree. No new grid line layers are added for new axes 
that require separate layers, therefore the grid lines will not be drawn.
