Suggestion: TV Remote Gesture Style

I don't know if the VNC protocol allows this, but I think TV gesture style with volume buttons would be very useful.

Basically it would just be touchpad style except:

• two volume buttons or volume slider on top of screen
• keyboard pops up when connected
• preset: clipboard sync disabled
• preset: double tap and swipe: scroll remote content

While I don't have any plans to implement this, I will keep these suggestions in mind when finishing #154 .

You can already use phone's volume button to control volume on remote server.

This will probably be part of #154.

I am not going to change current behavior. You can disable clipboard sync in settings.

Probably part of #154 too.
