Update Meson setup examples #32

Meson 1.0.0 issues a warning if meson is called without a verb argument ("meson builddir" instead of "meson setup builddir"). This PR adds "setup" to the meson invocation examples. It also adds an example with additional cpp_args (as proposed by Sören).
