Client diplays the same message twice on the chat #165

When the Libon client receives the same message(same imdn.Message-ID) in two 
differents INVITE requests, this message is displayed two times.

'Receiving 2 invites with different call_id but with same msg_id => server issue
However, we can add an additional test to check if we have not already a msg_id 
(we already do this test inside a chat session). Added to stack backlog
