No MSRP transactional response for IMDN message?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Place a 1:1 chat
2.Accept it on a remote device
3.Type an additional chat message
4. Receive an IMDN over MSRP

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see a transactional response to the MSRP IMDN message, 
I see no such response?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.4.11 on android 4.1

In the attached trace, there is no transactional response for this MSRP message:
