When the page is refreshed the last page of the tab view should still be 
displayed.

it is a normal web app behaviour. I dont think it is a defect...

I don't think so. I think the page that user selected should always be 
displayed even in web page refresh, until the user intentionally changes the 
page. A similar behavior can be seen in hotmail (If you're in 7. page for 
example, when the web page is refreshed you're still in 7. page).

Moreover it may be necessary to add "First Page" and "Last Page" buttons next 
to "Previous" and "Next" buttons.
