Group Settings Exception #37

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Click Create New Group
2.Fill in the blanks
3. Click Create

There is an exception.

NetworkError: 500 CDbException - 
http://localhost:216/Traceper_DevWebInterface/index.php?r=groups/updateGroup&fri
endId=11&_=1326998182266"

Same exception is occurred when click Group Settings
