What is the protocol on how many reviews to request?

I am also uncertain where the Merge pull request #3 #4 #5 are from. I think I may have done a pull request instead of pull from upstream.

This seems good to me -- at least it looks like you got the suggestions and changes made by @adamkemberling recently? Might be worth others checking some files if they have added things and merged them into main recently? I'm not sure on the 3, 4, 5 bits...maybe like you said you hadn't pulled those from upstream and merged into your local branch?

Yea, I think it is fine to merge. Each of the 3,4,5 bits say "This commit does not belong to any branch on this repository." and shows no changes at all, so I don't think it should affect anything.
