Large workflow update #54

This pull request is all based on work in scratch/aja/TargetsSDM. The workflow is now through to creating model predicted maps/surfaces/gifs and also a plot of estimated total biomass within geographic regions of interest (e.g., DFO survey region vs. NOAA NMFS survey region)
