This issue created from the list of objectives. To complete this objective we need to complete the following tasks:

[x] Confirm extrapolation grid and INLA mesh to use during model fitting
[x] Assess code to estimate total model predicted biomass and SD within different areas defined by a shapefile with distinct regions
[x] Assess code efficiency for making predictions to every seas-year time step of interest

Is the INLA mesh creation a manual step that you configure the number of nodes/knots with? And do you do it around the coastline?
