Potentially Missing Spectra for UCAC2 7201471 Visit 1 #5

While attempting to retrieve the IGRINS data for the spectra of UCAC2 7201471, the earliest visit I could access was visit 2 from February 9, 2021. The data from February 2, 2021 isn't in the right format to be read in by the PHOENIX dashboard and lacks a reduced version, which is where I suspect the data for the visit 1 spectra is meant to be. To conduct a by-eye fitting for the spectra with models using the PHOENIX dashboard for this visit, it would be helpful to figure out a way to read in the data from February 2, 2021 either by getting the (potentially) missing reduced version of the data or by figuring out how to read the data in the current format that it's available in.

Spectra for visits 1 and 2 of V* V1249 Cen also seem to be missing. Based on the BTJD days which observations of these were made, data for this star were from a very different time period compared to the other stars.
