Paper edits for the proofs stage

We should add some citations that came to mind:

• HITRAN, EXOMOL, etc. -- Mentioned, but not cited
• Jo Ciucă has a Neural Net paper for astro that could be included when mentioning the heritage of PyTorch
• We didn't mention PICASO as a relevant open source spectral modeling toolkit

Run the grammar checker on the Appendix (we only did the main body, due to a word limit on grammarly)

Add IGRINS as a facility? (although these are already-published spectra, not new, pending info from G Mace).

Possibly add a link to the pathfinder fiatlux project for physics-based telluric forward modeling in JAX?
