Support pug and size favicons for mstile #10

Hello, nice plugin. I would like to know if there is support for pug or just html? And why is mstile smaller than the recommended size?

Microsoft recommends size * 1.8

You better ask those question at the original library repository, this here is just a wrapper around that one. All config options and questions can be asked over there at https://github.com/itgalaxy/favicons
