Update dependencies #36

I updated unique-stream to v2.x.
I simplified package.json.
- use user/repo style
- remove reporter option since Mocha uses spec reporter by default
I added sudo: false to use container-based infrastructure on Travis CI.
I updated image format of the badges in README from PNG to SVG.

@contra Would you mind releasing a new patch-updated version?

4.0.1 but this wont be used in anything since the gulp stuff is on 3.x until 4.x is dropped
