We aren't using that anymore. @contra can you delete it?

Just have recognized that this doc is obsolete ( version 1.0.0) :man_facepalming:

But it is the first page after googling for gulp series

@maxkoryukov It's not an obsolete version (that was just the version we started compiling the 4.0 docs under) but we eventually determined that readme.io wouldn't work for us. We really need to get that cleaned up to help people find the proper documentation (most of the 4.0 docs are out of date).
