Changed "Docs" link to point to 3.9.1 #80

The current version you get when you run npm install gulp– as prompted by this site– is 3.9.1. The docs should link to that version.

Thanks! Totally missed this and was wrapped up in the new docs redesign (the other PR here). Do we also have a link to getting started?

Looks good. I'll merge now but it might take awhile to propagate to the cache.
