Drop old node support #114

The new version of findup-sync depends on new small micromatch. Would be good to get rid from many node modules.

knex depends on this project.

Thanks @trysound! We are actually working on a massive rewrite with an improved API and plan to drop this support during that effort.

We'll also be migrating this project to the gulpjs organization in the process.
