Update dependencies and devDependencies #45

I updated clone, should and lodash.templatesettings.
I introduced istanbul-coveralls to coveralls script.
I remove the --reporter spec flag from test script. Mocha uses spec reporter by default.

Coverage remained the same at 100.0% when pulling f1f9dfbb1346b608226e5847161bf48e0caa2c1e on shinnn:deps into b3b4c60e4c0642e1bc47e86fbba5316b3d3b3a10 on wearefractal:master.
