is there any way to re-write downloaded files? #67

Hi,

I use get_geo function on my script for 2 times. First time it is for getting only sample names (brief), Second time for full download. However, I can not pass second time because it use existing file.

So, is there any way to do that? Thanks.

sorry, no need to rewrite, it is reading to .gz for full type. Different situations, I got it. thanks.
