CSS is not linking #1

The CSS is still not linking on the site.

@thomasjbradley would you know of a reason for nothing to be linking to the html? I know it has to be something jykell is doing but I can't figure it out. Any help would be great

It was something to do with the default layout and the meta code that was before the link so I moved the links to be first and it fixed the problem.
