This makes us transition away from Enrollments to a dedicated order system, which can combine multiple tickets and shop orders in one go.

[x] Create new models
[ ] Write migration between Enrollments and OrderTicket
[ ] Write migration between ShopOrder and OrderProduct
[ ] Update payment system
[ ] Refactor Google Wallet systems
[ ] Refactor ticket systems
[ ] Ensure it's fully covered in tests
