[FEA] One Class + General Update #3

One Script (One Class) Update

Update to combine retweet_for_clout.py and tweet.py into one Python file containing one class like seen with InstagramBot class of gumdropsteve/instagram repo
- Perhaps name the script bot.py
- Thinking to eventually combine all social media repos
  - I.e. instagram, linkedin, facebook, twitter
  - Making them all as uniform as possible in structure would help with this
    General Update
layout/aesthetics of repo
- Coding skills have improved a lot
- README.md needs updating
- Is out of date with current & will need to reflect new version
- Testing of scripts needs to be redone
- To make sure they still work

Running into issue of not being able to interact with tweet/text box. All else seems to work.
