Detect Black Screens #22

Between every step (lobby, pre-game, game, end game, etc...) there are usually transitions. These transitions are almost all black screens and shouldn't be processed.

Note: these should decrease in number over the next x years, but are currently still on PC so will be an issue for foreseeable future.

Current Resolution Issue

OpenCV thinks everything is a black screen given a crop of the middle of an actual black screen (like above).
