Russian percentage #1

Match results don't contain ANY profile info except for the account ID, so we have to query each seperate profile. If they're private, we can try regexing the username for cyrillic characters

We also might generalize this using a configurable location/country array and a name regex.

I.e. russians would probably like a European percentage or something like that :P

maybe look at post they do on their steam profile
