As a user, I want to register an account so that I can access personalized features

9-15 Register has been finished and can be accessed through /users/register temporarily until the homepage is fully set up. Once the homepage is set up, there will need to be buttons on the homepage to direct to register page. Also, after registration, there will need to be a redirect to the account information page.

9-28 Register page is bugged, unable to register a new account
