Add CAM to Docs #255

Add voneiden's CAM S/W to RTD: not quite there yet for general use, but I'm working on https://github.com/voneiden/ocp-freecad-cam which allows generating (milling) gcode straight from cq/b123d objects. FreeCAD library does the heavy lifting of generating the toolpaths.
