Just show contact name on SMS received #400

At the minute there's either private or non-private mode.

Private mode only shows something like "SMS Received" and non-private shows 
something like "SMS Received From John Doe - Hey here's my message text"

It would be nice and I think useful to have some middle ground, to just show 
what contact the SMS was sent from, not including any of the message text, so 
something like "SMS Received From John Doe"
