Notification sound with libnotify #451

It would be nice if it was possible to add a sound to the notification sent via 
libnotify. Sometimes I didn't notice the notification because it disappear very 
quickly.

Under KDE, libnotify is the only way to get nice notification, so I can't use 
growl.
