Display message in Installation Required modal for no changes #290

@gunjandatta If there are missing elements in the environement, the "Installation Required" modal's message can stay as it currently is. If there are no changes/missing elements in the environment listed, the modal displays a message to indicate it like "No changes to display" or "No Installation required. Environment is up-to-date." The Install button could also change to a "Close" button in this scenario.
